Chef Dani Joy works to blend the flavors of her home in Texas with the many tastes from travels to the Mexico coast. We serve only the highest quality food products available. We do not use ground beef products in any of our dishes. Our beef is certified angus and all of our pork products are smoked in house using our blend of Mexican seasonings, oak, and hickory woods. From spicy to sweet you will experience dishes made with timeless techniques found in the traditional homes of Mexico.
